George III


He was king of England from 1760 to 1820
He was Protestant with a lack of self confidence.
George II inherited the throne when his grandfather died.
George III was a negative impact on England because he lost their territory in North America. He used the American colonies to get money. George III passed the Navigation Act, which forced the colonist to only trade their products with England. He also put high taxed on imported French and Dutch goods. These laws and high taxes caused the American Revolution.
As he got older he got a mental illness.
George III is most known for the laws he and others while he was king passed that led to the American Revolution.
